Please join us for the 2nd Annual Bubba Bayou Golf Invitational to be held at the Longwood Golf Club in Cypress, Texas. The proceeds from the tournament will benefit the South Central Association of Blood Banks Foundation, which offers support with annual meeting scholarships, speaker honorariums and program support. Entry Fees:

4 Person Team - $300 ($75.00 per player). Cost includes greens & cart fees, range balls, box lunch, & door prizes.

If you or your company would like to sponsor a hole, please fill out the attached form and mail to SCABB, 12840 W. 16th Drive, Golden, CO 80401.
SCABB Foundation is a non-profit organization. Donations in excess of the cost of greens and cart Fees ($40) are all tax deductible.

Reservations:

To reserve your spot in this year’s tournament, complete the registration form and mail it with payment (check) to SCABB. All correspondence will be directed to your designated team contact and posted on our website. Each team captain will be notified of successful entry into the tournament. Entry is considered complete only after funds for total costs have been received. SINGLES ARE WELCOME. $75
