The 2010 Industry Workshops in San Antonio prior to the 52nd Annual meeting & Exhibit Show are FREE and open to anyone in the blood banking and transufison medicine industry.

All Workshps take place on Thursday, March 18th in the Executive Salon 4 Room, 3rd Floor of the Crowne Plaza Riverwalk Hotel.

No pre-registration is required to attend these workshops.

Description:  Review the differences between testing and validating blood bank software systems.  An overview of required document and what is needed to be compliant for inspections.

Meet MAX. Learn about new tools and an interactive program to educate your donor base and optimize automated collections.

Presented by:  Caridian BCT

Description:  This workshop will discuss a strategic methodology that will enable you to collect the right blood components, from the right donor, at the right time   A variety of analysis, educational, monitoring and marketing tools will be presented.
