- Annual Membership Recruitment Contest
- The Membership Committee challenges current members to renew their membership and to recruit new members to join.
The recruitment contest is open to all members who refer individuals for membership. Recruit a minimum of six new members to qualify for the first place prize. Awarded second and third place prizes are for the members who recruit the next highest number of new members. Any ties will be resolved by a drawing.
All members who recruit at least one new member will receive special recognition in Pulse and at the Annual Meeting in Las Vegas.
Prizes are as follows:
1st Place: Full Annual Meeting Registration to attend the 2012 meeting in the great state of TEXAS! Includes one night hotel accommodations. Specific meeting location announced at the 2011 annual business meeting.
2nd Place: $150.00 VISA card
3rd Place: $50.00 VISA cardDirect new members to complete the online membership application;

- Individual Physician: $105.00
- Institutional Member: Based on # of Units Transfused per Year
Dues for blood bank or transfusion service institutions are based on the number of blood units collected and transfused during the past year or fiscal period.
0 -19,999 $200.00 20,000 - 29,999 $245.00 30,000 - 49,999 $315.00 50,000 and Over $380.00 - Associate Corporate Member: $200.00
- Student: $25.00
- Sustaining Member: $25 for Individuals, $150 for Institutions
Please consider supporting the association’s committee and board efforts to provide new educational opportunities by becoming a sustaining member. The additional $25.00 for individuals and $150.00 for institutions provides the funding to support the additional educational programs throughout the year.
